Within 24 hours of making the deposit, we will send you the order form to select your preferences and a reservation summary with your timeline to make sure all is received everything on time.
Once you submit the order form with your choices, we will start working on your design and send you the digital proof for review. You have an unlimited number of revisions in case you want to change something in the design.
Once you’re happy with the design and you’ve filled the final wait table assignments, you can pay off the remaining balance and we’ll get started with the production.

Absolutely! We love destination weddings! We can make it work two ways:
1. We can ship your Photo Seating Chart directly to your destination with a small shipping fee if it's outside the US
2. We can create a Photo Seating Chart that's suitcase-friendly. We'll make it a size that fits right into your luggage, so you can travel with it
Q: What if my guest list and table assingments will not be finalized in time?

We totally get it – sometimes guests RSVP last minute and we have to be ready for every eventuality.
Here's what we'll do: we'll print each top layer place card with your guest's name on the front and a "Table __" on the back. When your seating assignments are ready, simply fill them in upon receipt of your board. We'll even include adhesives for your cards.

If you're unsure about the guest count for now, that's totally fine. You can reserve for a medium size, and later, when you have a clearer picture, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your order. The key is to secure your spot in our calendar, so you don't have to stress about availability.
