Q: Will it be difficult for my guests to find their name?
A: Not a chance! We've got you covered. Names are alphabetized, so your guests will have a breeze finding their spot.
Q: Do you make it in other sizes?
A: Absolutely! We're all about making your dreams come true. Our Photo Seating Charts can be made in almost any size.
Q: We're having a Destination wedding, can we still do this?
A: Absolutely! We love destination weddings! We can make it work two ways:
we can ship your Photo Seating Chart directly to your destination with a small shipping fee if it's outside the US
we can create a Photo Seating Chart that's suitcase-friendly. We'll make it a size that fits right into your luggage, so you can travel with it
Q: What if my guest list and table assingments will not be finalized in time?
A: We totally get it – sometimes guests RSVP last minute and we have to be ready for every eventuality.
Here's what we'll do: we'll print each top layer place card with your guest's name on the front and a "Table __" on the back. When your seating assignments are ready, simply fill them in upon receipt of your board. We'll even include adhesives for your cards.
Q: I don't know my guest count but I want to reserve my spot
A: If you're unsure about the guest count for now, that's totally fine. You can reserve for a medium size, and later, when you have a clearer picture, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your order. The key is to secure your spot in our calendar, so you don't have to stress about availability.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve?
A: We work on a first-come, first-served basis. So we recommend reserving as soon as possible to lock in your spot and ensure you don't miss out on the Photo Seating Chart magic.
Q: What photos can be used?
A: We suggest using high-resolution photos, ideally 2MB or higher. This way, your photo can be enlarged without losing any of its stunning visual quality.

Q: Can I add meal selection?
A: Yes, you can! You can include meal selections or any other short info on the back of the cards, right below the table assignments.
Q: Do you make it for other events?
A: Absolutely! We've crafted Photo Seating Charts for sweet sixteens, birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals, baby showers – you name it! If it's a celebration, we're in 🥳🎉
